A PRE-OWNED CAR

When you engage us to find you a pre-owned vehicle, we discuss your needs, requirements and budget. We will discuss how your chosen vehicle has performed in the market place in the recent past, what your options may be, and the fee for our services.

We work with you, on your behalf, to find the vehicle that matches your requirements, from private and dealer offers, locally and interstate.

We research the market thoroughly to ascertain what prices the wholesalers, dealers and private sellers are asking for that type of vehicle; then report back to you with a selection of vehicles colours, options, mileage and the various prices being asked.

You then choose the vehicle/s that are of interest, and we inspect them to make sure they are genuine, good quality and have services histories. On your behalf we then negotiate the best price possible with the seller. If you are happy to proceed, we place a deposit on the vehicle to secure it, subject to a satisfactory RACV inspection.

When the inspection is completed we discuss the report with you in detail. If you are happy to proceed with the purchase, we will arrange a mutually suitable delivery time.

We confirm that the vehicle is ready and all items attended to, prior to collecting you from your home or office, to take delivery of the vehicle.

Upon delivery we check that all the relevant paperwork is completed correctly, and that you are 100% satisfied.
